RockDiva Jewellery is a gift to you and is
presented as such. It is presented in a contemporary black gift box with a
luxurious to touch white inlay that complements the beautiful piece(s)
inside.
Items from the Simply Diamond range are dispatched in a very high quality
hard cased Jewellery box.
Delivery
Details
We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. All orders will be
dispatched within 2 working days. In the event an item is out of stock, we
will contact you immediately and confirm with you the expected delivery date.
We will not charge you until this has been confirmed.
UK
postage is free for orders over
£50.00, and worldwide orders over £100.00. The UK shipping
charge for orders up to £50.00 is £3.50 and worldwide orders less
than £100.00 incurs a shipping charge that will be advised before
dispatch, usually not more than £10.00
RockDiva uses the most secure delivery methods
possible; please note that a signature will be needed to receive your order.
Exchanges
and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to
exchange or return an item, please ensure it is returned within 7 days,
undamaged and in its original packaging. Although we do not offer a refund
for delivery charges, if your order arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we
will replace the items without charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged following
your receipt of them, or that are lost in the post on their way back to us.
Please let us know if any part of your order arrives in less than
satisfactory condition within 3 days of receiving the order. Email: enquiries@RockDiva.co.uk or
telephone +44 (0)20 8908 4141 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday,
and we will provide instructions for returning the item.
We offer this exchange policy & refund policy on all undamaged items
except earrings for hygiene reasons.
